Segregation & security

Every customer asks the same question first: who can see us on here? No one, until you invite them, and you choose who you invite.
- ✓Your view starts empty. No directory. No list of who else is on the platform. No suggestions. Until you add someone, there is nobody there, and to everyone else, there is nobody where you are.
- ✓You add them. You run the KYC. Nobody is ever proposed to you. You choose the party, you run your own checks, and you set what they are contracted for. Only then are you connected on Nebarex.
- ✓Every entity sees only its own. A trader sees its own movements. A provider sees only the cargo it is contracted to move. Client entities never share master data, rates, networks or movements, including two entities of the same group.
- ✓Your network stays yours. Nebarex never shares, recommends or pools a client's transporters, rates or supplier book, not with another client, not as a marketplace, not as aggregated market intelligence.
- ✓We do not trade and we do not carry. Nebarex takes no position in cargo, buys no transport capacity and appoints no providers. There is no version of this business in which we end up competing with you.
- ✓Reconciles to your books. Every movement runs on Nebarex and reconciles to your own systems. Where data comes from another system, you see both the feed and what Nebarex holds.
- ✓You can change who executes. Not who holds the record. Execution is a service you assign: to your own team, to a back office you appoint, and back again. The record stays yours on Nebarex under your platform contract; only the execution contract moves. Nothing about the platform locks you to the back office that runs it.

Do we have to change our suppliers?
No. You appoint your own providers and negotiate your own rates. Nebarex provides the shared view of every movement. It sits behind the network you already have, which stays private to you.
We compete with a client already on Nebarex. What stops them seeing our data?
Nothing on Nebarex connects two companies unless one of them invites the other.
- Your view starts empty. No directory, no list of who else is on the platform, no suggestions.
- You add a party yourself, run your own KYC on them, and set what they are contracted for.
- Client entities never share master data, rates, networks or movements, including two entities of the same group.
Your security team gets the full model, the ISO/IEC 27001 scope and the audit trail before anything is signed.
Our logistics provider already runs on Nebarex. What changes if we join directly?
You get your own entity, your rates, your network and your movements sit in it, not inside your provider's. Your provider carries on seeing exactly what it sees today, the cargo you contract it to move, and nothing beyond that. Joining directly gives you more separation than you have now, not less.
Who does the day-to-day work?
You decide: your own team, your own providers, or a back office you appoint, all working in the same shared view, live. You can change that at any time; your data stays yours.
What do we have to build?
Nothing. There is no IT project on your side to get started. Where you want Nebarex connected to an existing system, that is a configuration conversation, not a build.
How is corridor risk handled?
The Copperbelt corridors have not seen a major closure in 50 years; the longest interruptions have run to about 48 hours. Where a route does break, capacity is reallocated to the loading points that have stock available.
What is NebXmail?
NebXmail is the official channel Nebarex uses to reach the parties on a movement. Onboarding gives your operation one address at nebxmail.com; whatever your suppliers send to it lands on the shipment it belongs to. The address is a system endpoint, not an inbox: nobody at Nebarex reads your mail, only senders you authorise can write to it, and content is bound to your entity. Nebarex never suggests a supplier or a client to anyone.
